Mario's Pizzeria opened in 1987 when Mario Conti brought his grandmother's recipes from Naples and turned a corner shop in Detroit into a neighborhood legend. The same sourdough starter. The same San Marzano tomatoes. The same wood-fired oven.
Today his son Anthony and granddaughter Sofia carry the tradition. Every sauce is made from scratch. Every pizza is stretched by hand. Every guest is treated like family.
